Queensland Manufacturing Breakfast Meetup - Gympie

Queensland Manufacturing Breakfast Meetup - Gympie

UniSC GympieGympie, QLD
Friday, Mar 20 from 7:30 am to 9:30 am AEST
Overview

Join fellow Queensland manufacturers for breakfast, lean insights, grants updates and powerful new industry connections.

Join us for a manufacturing breakfast meetup designed to strengthen capability, spark collaboration, and connect Queensland manufacturers with the tools, programs and networks that drive real improvement.

Start the morning with a quick introduction to the Sunshine Coast Manufacturing Hub (Regional Hub - Moreton Bay to Gympie) followed by an engaging fireside discussion featuring Julie Williams sharing practical Lean insights, and Darren & Brett from The Industry Factory exploring Lean in action.

You’ll also hear the latest on the Transforming Queensland Manufacturing Grant, see a short highlight reel from Australian Manufacturing Week, and be invited to submit an EOI for a hosted bus trip to the 2026 event in Brisbane.

Attendees will also hear quick promos on:

  • The Capability Statement & Tendering Workshop,
  • Upcoming QPP Regional Workshops, and
  • A range of Queensland Government programs, services and support for manufacturers.

We’ll wrap up by assessing interest in a continuing regional manufacturing network: including format, frequency and venue preferences, using Slido for instant feedback.

If you’re a manufacturer looking to lift capability, streamline operations, or connect with like‑minded businesses, this session is for you.

Date: 20th March, 2026

Time: 7:30am to 9:30am

Location: University of Sunshine Coast, Gympie

Room: Lecture Threatre

Complimentary light breakfast provided

For additional information contact: Queensland Manufacturing Hub - Sunshine Coast Manager - mel.ireland@nrmmrrd.qld.gov.au
