Day 1: 9am Welcome & acknowledge. Why am I doing this? Intro to Qi Gong: what is it? What we'll cover this weekend. 10.30 –11.30am Sitting practice: 30 mins each posture 11.30 – 1pm: lunch 1-2pm lying down practice 2pm: Some theory: No pushing, effortless effort. Emptiness practice. Feedback/ questions 2.30 – 4pm: sitting or lying practice; whichever they prefer
