About this event

Planning the journey will provide an introduction to facilitating a strategic planning process that is informed by the needs and priorities of your clients, staff, funders and partners.

We’ll explore what makes a good strategic plan and the planning process that enables organisational leaders to get informed, think strategically and steer their teams towards their organisation’s goals.

This is a free session delivered by Beacon Strategies.

Beacon Strategies have partnered with QAMH to explore key topics with personnel from QAMH member organisations, with the objective to define key terms and concepts, provide a platform for members to share insights and network around relevant topics, and to build awareness amongst participants of where to go for additional support.

Beacon Strategies partner with people and organisations in the health and social services sectors to plan, design, implement and evaluate their work. They are driven by their vision to create a more impactful social purpose sector.
