Puppy yoga for ages 18 to 24

Join us for puppy yoga at Chatswood Youth Centre for the cutest wellness session ever.

This event combines guided yoga with plenty of playful puppy cuddles. No yoga experience needed!

Whether you're looking for a wholesome hangout with friends, a mental health boost or a new experience to try, puppy yoga is the perfect way to relax in a calm, supportive and youth-only space.

This event is 50% subsidised by Willoughby City Council as part of our commitment to supporting young people in our LGA.

What to expect:

· A beginner-friendly and youth-only yoga session.

· Time to cuddle, play and take photos with the puppies.

· Professionally and ethically run in collaboration with Doga Sydney.

· Mats provided.
