Where is this event located?

The Glengarry hall located on Cairnbrook Road. Our blue Reformer Haus sign will be at the door, you will see it from the road and you won't be able to miss us! There is also plenty of parking available at the hall.

Do I need to have pilates experience to attend?

No prior experience is necessary! Our sessions are suitable for any age, from beginners to intermediate, this is the perfect event for you!

Question 3

What should I bring to a class?

Please bring a water bottle, towel and your phone for some cute content!

How long does the session run for?

Accepted Answer

Sessions run for 1 hour in total, which includes 45 minutes of mat pilates and 15 minutes of play time with the puppies. (please note that the puppies will be roaming around for the full 1 hour session, you will have plenty of quality time with the pups and they can't wait to meet you)

Can under 16's come to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as a parent/guardian accompanies you to the event. Please note that a ticket must be purchased for your child at the same price as an adult ticket.

Question 6

Can I attend the event and not participate in the mat pilates?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can still attend and opt out of the mat pilates. To avoid distractions to others you will need to stay seated or lay down on your pilates mat. The puppies will be roaming around so you will get the same opportunity as everyone else to spend quality time with the pups.

Can I bring my own pets to the session?

Unfortunately you cannot bring your own pets to the sessions, we will provide cute and friendly French Bulldog puppies on the day. The puppies will be from Unique French Bulldogs, a local, highly regarded and ethical business based in sale for 20+years.
