Public Speaking by the Ocean - Rituals for Confident Speaking
Ocean, breath and voice meet in this coastal ritual walk. Slow down, speak from presence not performance and build confidence that holds up.
We explore speaking from flow rather than force, from presence rather than performance. Inspired by less performative ways of leading and expressing, this session focuses on how voice activates when we’re grounded, receptive and connected. To our bodies, to nature and to each other.
The walk itself becomes a ritual.
A deliberate pause in the middle of everyday life.
A chance to listen inward, speak gently and let meaning emerge without rushing it.
Through simple speaking prompts, shared reflection and quiet moments of walking, you’ll practise being present even in motion, the kind of presence that carries back into meetings, conversations and the busy, imperfect reality of daily life.
No performance.
No pressure.
Just voice, ocean and the simple act of showing up.
Perfect for beginners, lapsed speakers and seasoned leaders who want their voice to feel more alive, honest and regulated.

Her approach blends breath, somatic awareness and intuitive movement into restorative and transformative sessions. With over 450 hours of yoga and meditation trainings, including Yin, restorative, sequencing, assisting, natural movement and Vedic meditation, plus self-taught sound work and embodied dance, Annika has cultivated an approach that is grounded, playful and deeply effective.
