As workplaces evolve, so too do the challenges we face. Psychosocial hazards, often overshadowed by physical risks, are now recognised as essential to holistic workplace safety.

About Ricky Galloway, Health and Safety Consultant:
Ricky Galloway brings extensive experience in HSEQ roles across the oil and gas, construction, mining, and power industries. He has been involved in major projects encompassing ground dewatering, hydro-mining, power generation, and pump supply.
A valedictorian graduate, Ricky holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology. He has published a research paper as lead author in the Journal of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and maintains a strong interest in Health & Safety, Organisational Culture, and Leadership Development.
