Psyched For Birth is for women and supporters who like to hear the truth, the genuine raw details, who want to fall in love with birth and their bodies, who want to hear about empowering, amazing feats of instinct, AND who also desire the education, the evidence based, latest, birth knowledge and tips, tools, and learnings.
• It is for women who want permission to let go, be an animal, birth messy, and be loved and accepted during the process.
• It is for supporters who are feeling protective, lacking in birth knowledge, and “don’t want to see their loved one in pain”.
How will our work together look?
You will jump into the zoom room with myself and your group, we will get together every Tues and Wed night for three weeks in a row. This intensive approach is especially transformative and bonding for us all. Sessions are a nice, easy to manage, one and a half hours. The time, zooms by - literally! Bonus time and sessions are also included, see shedule below:
