PSYCH-K® provides people with a non-invasive, simple, direct, and verifiable method of internalizing the rich body of information and ideas available through their ever-growing interest in the areas of spirituality and personal growth

PSYCH-K® provides one with the tools to reprogram the subconscious mind in a user-friendly way. By understanding and respecting the subconscious you will be in touch with an incredibly powerful part of the mind that will support goals rather than work at cross purposes to them.It is easy and fun to learn It over the 3 days. Day 1 is learning about the methodology, how to communicate with the subconscious part of the mind, and learning the 2 processes that we use to create the subconscious change. Day 2 is learning what to change, how to transform stress to a state of peace, looking through resources and understanding how to utilise them for self and friends. Day 3 is putting it all together so you can use the processes in your daily life.There is great post workshop support and resources. It's an interactive 3 days where you will learn how to facilitate with yourself and others.
