The Game Speed Masterclass is a junior performance training session designed specifically for young athletes who want to run faster, move better, and build confidence in sport.

What to Expect

Speed Technique Training – Learn how to improve running posture, arm action and foot contact.
Acceleration & Quickness – Build fast first steps and explosive movement.
Fun Competitive Drills – Games and challenges that make learning exciting.
Coaching & Feedback – Hands-on instruction from a Strength & Conditioning Coach
Supportive Training Environment – Train alongside other motivated junior athletes from different sports.


Who Is It For?

Junior athletes aged 10–16 years old from all sports, including:

  • AFL
  • Soccer
  • Netball
  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Athletics

If your child plays a running based sport… this session is for them.
