Embark on a progressive dining experience like no other, featuring a curated selection of premium bites and beverages across five of The Star Gold Coast’s signature venues.

Begin with oysters and Moët at Nineteen, followed by handcrafted dim sum and a Hennessy peach iced tea at Uncle Su. Savour an 8-piece omakase nigiri set with premium sake at Kiyomi, then indulge in a decadent tiramisu paired with Amaro Montenegro and coffee at Cucina Vivo. Conclude the evening with a refined Herradura tequila tasting at Veladora.
