This workshop is designed for anyone who is interested in learning some useful industrial remedial massage techniques to help alleviate their loved ones' muscle tightness and pain.
It will be conducted by a professional Remedial Massage Therapist in the clinic. She will explain and demonstrate four useful remedial massage techniques and allow time for the members to practise on each other and ask questions.

- Arrive 5-10 minutes early if possible.
- You may wear a halter neck (backless top); underpants are mandatory.
- We conduct the workshop in 2-4 people small groups in order to keep it social but still rather private.
- We recommend attendees to join in pairs to practise on each other.
- Learning materials will be provided on the day.
