This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to confidently and effectively present to a live audience in any situation. It combines theory and practice for designing a presentation to achieve objectives through clear communication.

The course also includes methods to effectively answer questions and reinforce credibility. It uses the Oxford University structure combined with advanced methods from RogenSI.

All participants will receive feedback to improve their skills and a video of their final presentation.

The course is limited to 12 people to ensure all participants gain maximum value from training.

Trainer - Ean Carter

Ean graduated in 1989 with B. Business (Marketing) from SAIT/UniSA. He has qualifications in Copywriting (93, AWARD), Cert. Direct Marketing (94, ADMA)

1994 Ean completed 3-days Advanced Presentation Skill (95, RogenSI)

In 12/97 Ean completed 2-weeks “Train the Trainer” in “Lateral Thinking” & “Six Thinking Hats” at the “de Bono Institute”, Melbourne for an investment of $10,000.

From 98 to 02 Ean was an active trainer in Vietnam and trained over 1,000 people in “Six Hats” from leading organisations including BBDO, Colgate-Palmolive, Australian Consulate General HCMC, Siemens, Unilever, ANZ Bank, Ernst & Young, Cargill, Castrol, RAAF (Australia) and more.

He trained over 100 in Lateral Thinking for various organisations.

Ean moved to Cambodia in 07 as G.M. at DG Advertising (07-8), then AdsCom Advertising (08-10). He then lectured Corp. Communications at Raffles College and Marketing at Limkokwing Uni (11).

In Jan 19 Ean moved to Darwin and restarted training in 20 with NT Chamber of Commerce but Covid hit and he worked part-time selling on eBay and conducting mystery shopping surveys.

In Mar - Apr 23 Ean completed TAFE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 40116 components:

TAESS00014 Enterprise Trainer Skill Set - BSBCMM401 Make a Presentation - TAEDEL301 Provide Work Skill Instruction and

TAESS00015 Trainer and Assessor Skill Set - TAEDEL301 Provide work skill instruction - TAEASS401 Plan assessment activities and processes - TAEASS402 Assess competence - TAEASS403 Participate in assessment validation.

Ean is qualified to teach up to TAFE Cert 5 Diploma in Business.

Ean also trains Creative & Lateral Thinking (2 days), Customer Service (1 day) & Time Management (1/2 day). He also offers Marketing and Communication consulting.
