Work through the updated practitioner checklists in Probate, Letters of Administration with the Will Annexed and Letters of Administration, with Louise Brown, the Registrar in Probate of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.Please bring along a copy of the three Practitioner Checklists, available on the Court website as we will be referring to them.Find out ways to get your application right the first time and learn what the registrars are looking for so that you can reduce the number of requisitions you receive.May be suitable for solicitors new to Probate and legal clerks who regularly work in this area. The workshop will be held in Court 12D. The format will be a 45 minute presentation and then a 45 minute Q &amp; A. Please come prepared with lots of questions. A limited number of places are available by AVL for people located outside the Sydney CBD. This is a free workshop. Places are limited so if you are unable to attend please de-register so that another person can join us.
