No experience is necessary. This workshop is open to all levels — movers, practitioners, and complete beginners are all welcome. Come as you are.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move freely, lie down, and work in pairs. Think movement-friendly and cozy.

We recommend bringing:

A water bottle

A journal and pen

An open mind and a willingness to explore

Yoga mats and props will be provided

Where is the event held?

The exact location will be shared with registered participants closer to the date. We're intentionally keeping the venue sacred and private to honour the intimacy of this space. But it will be in the northern beaches in Ingleside

Yes. This is a body-based, partner-supported workshop involving consensual, guided touch. Your comfort and boundaries will be honoured throughout. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out in advance.

Can I attend under the influence of substances?

This is a fully substance-free event. To support your full presence and integration, we ask all participants to refrain from alcohol or recreational substances before and during the workshop.

We intentionally keep this group small to create a safe, intimate, and supported environment. Spaces are limited, so early booking is encouraged. (Max 12)

Yes. There will be a 1-hour lunch break and shorter breaks between sessions to rest and integrate. A light vegan lunch will be provided for all participants. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements.
