- Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
- Duration: 3 hours
- Check in: Please arrive by 12:30 pm to ensure smooth boarding. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Location (Pick up & Drop off): Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle - look for AEC staffin the gaebo area
- Dress Code: Smart casual - Express your self with dress up – please leave tall or pointy heels at home for safety. Small chunky heels are fine. Rainbow or Pride-inspired outfits encouraged!

- Authorised ID: Photo ID is required – don’t forget to bring it along.
- Heels Policy: The MV Calmer has steep stairs; tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are allowed.
- Licensing & RSA: Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
- No Mid-Cruise Drop-Offs or Pickups: Once we sail, we cruise through!
- Food & Drinks: Available to purchase on board. Please note these are not included in your ticket price.
- Strictly NO BYO: Bags may be checked at boarding.
- Seating: Primarily a standing/dancing event. Seating is scattered throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved.
- Weather: Rain won’t stop the boat! Covered space is available on the main and mid decks, so the party goes ahead rain or shine.
- Personal Items: Do not leave bags or belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Cruise Duration: Times may include embarkation and disembarkation.
- Accessibility: Not a fully acessible venue. Wharf and Vessel cannot accomodate wheelchairs. Please contact us before booking to discuss other mobility aids or requirements prior o booking.

The gangway will be pulled up from the wharf and the boat will start departing at 7pm. Once the gangway is up it is up! Please be at the wharf in plenty of time to avoid disappointed at not being able to board.
