Overview

Come along for a hands on workshop all about making your own Passata!

Italians have been making their own preserved tomato pasta sauce base, known as passata, for centuries. Through this workshop, attendees will have the chance to learn about and participate in this rich tradition.

Join Maria Ciavarella from My Green Garden for a hands-on class all about making traditional Italian Passata from scratch. In this intimate workshop everyone will gain hands on experience for every stage of the Passata making process - from chopping to bottling.

Attendees will also have the chance to take home their very own Passata!

Please note, we will have 2 seperate sessions on the day (10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm) - please book into the session you prefer.
