Preservation Pavilion 2026 brings a celebration of all things lasting! Come celebrate the passing of Bindarap (dry) season with us!
The opening day marks the beggining of 3 weeks of public programming centred around the preservation of food, architecture, culture and more. These programs will be inclusive of workshops, talks, shared meals, etc - and all FREE to attend!
Money raised through opening day tickets, and goodies sold on the day go towards funding the Pavilion project, so come though!
