Preparing for ARC changes

The Australian Research Council (ARC) has provided an outline of their new funding schemes. This workshop provides you with space to start developing your new ARC application. The Office of Research Funding Services will provide an overview of the new schemes. Then you will spend some time outlining what your project will be within the scope of the new schemes.

The ARC will provide more concrete information about each scheme as we go forward. However, experience has shown that waiting for that information seriously limits your ability to prepare a strong application. Start now, so that you are ready when that information is released.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a series of steps that you can take to prepare for the first round of new Australian Research Council funding schemes.
