Each week, we come together to:
Move gently through pregnancy-safe yoga and stretches
Breathe deeply to regulate the nervous system and create spaciousness
Experience sound healing with crystal bowls and calming frequencies
Connect inward to your intuition and your baby
Build community with other women on the same journey

This practice is designed to support emotional balance, physical ease, deep relaxation, and a stronger bond with your inner being and your baby.

Every session is soft, spacious, and accessible — no yoga experience needed.
Just bring your mat, a pillow or bolster, and your open heart.
