Hello beautiful Mumma!
Come gather with Angela and Philippa, we will sit together, listen deeply, express ourselves, build bonds, meditate, move, breathe, laugh, cry, and learn.
This will be a very welcoming space where you will be held very softly and no prior "circle experience" is necessary. You will be amazed at how not scary or intimidating sitting in a circle of women can be.
Philippa and Angela are both experienced circle facilitators, birth and postpartum doulas and childbirth educators, we will guide the sharing circle and we will have some simple yet profound rituals and practices to aid in your matrescence journey.
We will start at 5:30 so please come 10 mins early so we can start promptly.
