Tanya Heaney-Voogt – Mentally Healthy Workplaces Change Facilitator & Leadership Coach
Tanya is a mentally healthy workplaces change facilitator, Leadership coach, and change consultant.
She has more than 20 years of senior business, change and leadership experience within the health sector across primary, acute, specialist and peek body sectors.
Tanya presents to local, state and national networks frequently on the topic of mentally healthy workplaces and change leadership, and in 2020 was invited to Chair the national Safe and Secure Hospital and Healthcare Worker Conference.
Tanya has a passion for people and for creating psychologically safe, and therefore mentally healthy, workplaces.
Her signature program – Cracking the Change Code – helps workplaces implement effective change projects including culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety initiatives and technology projects.
She is the author of The Five Signs of a Mentally Healthy Workplace model and transformation program and currently writing a book on this topic that will enable more leaders to drive these important changes in workplaces.
