This workshop is the second in a series of supports planned for Defence families*.
In this session we will look more closely at how your child and family manage change and stress. Your facilitator will help you identify strategies and supports useful for your family during transitions and deployment changes.
* N.B. These workshops are open to current serving members and their families; and/or reservists on continued full time service.
