Welcome to Postpartum & Motherhood Circles! Join me for a nurturing and supportive gathering where mamas can come together to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on the journey of motherhood.

There will be a short guided meditation, reflection questions/journaling prompts, sharing circle and snacks!
