Join us February for a 4-week Postnatal Reformer Pilates course at Hot Yoga Dublin Pilates Studio, led by experienced Stott trained instructor Lisa Phillips. Designed specifically for new mums, this series supports your physical recovery, core strength, and well-being in a supportive and baby-friendly environment.


What You’ll Gain:

  • Restore Core Stability - Rebuild abdominal and pelvic floor strength after birth.

  • Improve Posture & Alignment - Ease the physical strain from feeding, carrying, and long hours of sitting.

  • Enhance Mobility & Flexibility - Release tension and gently regain range of motion.

  • Safe & Supportive Exercise - Low-impact, Reformer-based Pilates tailored for postnatal bodies.

  • Build Confidence in Your Body - Feel stronger, more energized, and supported in your recovery.

Important Note:While your baby is welcome and encouraged to attend, they must remain safely in a carry tot or buggy throughout the session. For your comfort and their safety, babies are not permitted on or near the Reformer during class.
