Port of Melbourne Industry Boat Tour
Port of Melbourne is delighted to offer boat tours for the wider industry.
As Australia’s largest capital city container and general cargo port, Port of Melbourne handles more than one-third of the nation’s container trade.
The tour will depart and return from Docklands and provide the best vantage point to see the port in operation. The tour will run for approximately 2 hours with commentary and provide an opportunity to view the following terminals:
- Victoria Dock
- Appleton Dock
- Swanson Dock (swing basin only due to wharf works)
- Webb Dock
Light refreshments served. This is an all-weather event. Casual clothes including flat shoes and a jacket if cold or windy are recommended.
