HEADS OF NOOSA BREWING CO. POLO LOUNGE


Meet star players and other Australian polo professionals in the casual 'beer garden' setting of the Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. Polo Lounge. In this marquee you can enjoy the polo, and revel in a relaxed environment to the tunes of your very own DJ throughout the day. When the after party kicks off at 5pm, you’re right where you need to be when DJ headliner jumps on the decks to take the party to the next level.

Individual tickets entitle the holder to entry, additional entertainment such as 'Fashions on the Field', the chance to win door prizes and the official Pop-Up Polo afterparty.

Substantial food and snacks will be available at the bar, together with your favourite beers, wines, spirits and other select beverages (including non-alcoholic).

After Party

Once the Polo action concludes there is no need to rush off, as our After Party commences in the Polo Lounge directly following the trophy presentation ensuring the good times continue.

Changes to Events

In the event of a change in QLD Government health advice and subsequent change in venue capacity restrictions, we may need to cancel and refund a portion of purchased tickets. If this occurs, we will cancel the most recently purchased tickets first. Earlier purchases will take precedence. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What happens on the day?

Pop-Up Polo is an interactive event where there are a number of opportunities throughout the day for guests to win prizes and immerse themselves in the various activities including;The Divot Stomp, Men’s & Women’s ‘Fashion on the Field, Car VS Pony race and the Men's and Women's Dash.

How do I get access to the After Party?

The After Party takes place in the Polo Lounge directly preceding the trophy presentation at 5pm and is available to ALL guests of Pop-Up Polo. The After Party is designed as an opportunity for guests, sponsors and players to come together and mingle until late.

What would I wear?

Sophisticated and tailored day wear. Pop-Up Polo is a stylish outdoor event and subject to weather, linen jackets, ties and sundresses are recommended. Footwear should be practical and high heels are not recommended due to the event being on a grassed area.

How do I get there? Will it be event transport and/or parking opportunities onsite?

Parking is available onsite for all our Pop-Up Polo events. Please click on the location (Rockhampton, Bundaberg or Sunshine Coast) where you wish to attend a Pop-Up Polo event for more specific transport and parking information.

What about the weather?

Pop-Up Polo is an all-weather event, however under extreme conditions the event might be moved to a new date.
