Speaker Biography:

· Becoming an executive coach was perhaps always in Rebecca’s stars. She grew up listening to Dr Wayne Dyer and Marianne Williamson who shaped her beliefs around mindset and positive thinking. Later, armed with a psychology background, curiosity, and an ability to deeply connect with others, she became a global people and culture executive and senior leader. Rebecca has an acute, money-can’t-buy understanding of the complex people dynamics that underpin global workplaces given her lived corporate experience. She braved the cold weather living and working in both London and Melbourne before coming back to sunny Adelaide.

· Her purpose is to help leaders love life at the top of business. One of her superpowers is stretching leaders to the edge of their thinking through her executive coaching, leadership facilitation and consulting, and keynote speaking.

· She currently coaches C-suite executives and senior leaders in Adelaide, across Australia, the UK, Europe and the US so she brings global experience and deep people expertise to the table. Given her psychology background her coaching techniques are grounded in evidence based research.

· Rebecca delivers the popular Women Who Thrive group coaching program to enable female leaders to connect, evolve and step up together. She is tremendously passionate about supporting emerging and current female leaders given her own challenges of being a female leader in male-dominated sectors.

· Rebecca is an Adelaide hills dweller who loves being surrounded by trees, has a passion for travel, and an obsession with both indoor pot plants and daily meditation.
