TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon purchasing a ticket you confirm that:
You have read all the information provided on the website about the event PlayFest Retreat.
- You agree to comply with all rules/ requests laid out by the organisers & owner of the property for the safety and enjoyment of everyone present.
- You understand that violence and/or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Acknowledging that the event organiser and management staff reserve the right to refuse you entry or terminate your stay without a refund.
- You take full responsibility for your health and safety whilst on the property and whilst attending the entire event. You are aware of the risks of being in the bush and outdoor camping. You are fully responsible for yourself & those around you whilst in or near the Creek.
- For the duration of your stay and to the best of your ability you will maintain the health and safety of those around you, especially children that may be present.
- Your participation in any and all workshops or private sessions is entirely voluntary and you do so at your own risk.
- You are aware of the risks of COVID-19 and you carry with you proof of your vaccination status. You also acknowledge awareness that, as per government guidelines, not all guests may be vaccinated for varying circumstances and exemptions, and you assume responsibility for yourself by attending.
- You accept that the organisers and facilitators reserve the right to alter the program and workshop schedules as deemed necessary and without notice.
- You understand that all ticket sales are final and no refunds will be made for change of mind. In the case of an emergency, please contact us as we may be able to resell your ticket to someone on our waiting list and offer you a refund then. Alternatively, please feel free to resell your own ticket and notify us so we can update our guest list for entry.
- Only under circumstances requiring us to cancel the event will you have the choice to maintain your ticket to use for the postponed dates of this event, or resell your ticket.
- IMAGE RELEASE. Participants are aware and consent to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorize PlayFest Retreat to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, digitize, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use (i) the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by the Participant obtained related to the recording of the Event (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of the PlayFest Retreat and/or the Event without further consent from or payment to the Participant.
