Place That Shape Us Open Mic with George Woods
To celebrate Ray Monde's Places that Shape Us Exhibition, environmentalist and writer George Woods invites us share stories of place.
The newly opened The Places That Shape Us Exhibition by Ray Monde examines queer lived experiences in regional Australia, and this open mic invites everyone to explore their own connection to where they come from. The night is MC'ed by writer and environmentalist Dr Georgina Woods, who has spent much of her life thinking and writing about the land and ocean on which she lives.
If you would like to share your own stories of place, please arrive on time to sign up as spaces are limited.
This event is free to attend and sponsored by Boydells.
