Meet on campus and travel by private coach to Lucio Pizzeria in Zetland for a fun, unique, delicious experience for all food and pizza lovers! You will learn:

• how to roll out the perfect base;
• how to create an authentic Italian pizza topping;
• how to cook the creations in the onsite pizza oven;
• everything you need to know about all types of flours, fermentation and different techniques of stretching.

After learning the secrets of the Authentic Italian Pizza, made with pride and love, you will enjoy your favourite pizza alongside a perfect Italian drink to match and a chance to hang out with other students from across the University.
