A three-course modern Italian menu by OTTO’s hatted chefs will be paired with the PIRIE Tasmania collection, including the Millésime Prestige Rosé 2023 and Blanc de Blancs 2022. These wines reflect decades of cool-climate expertise, precision winemaking, and an unwavering focus on quality.
