Keen to get your dose of flow and top-notch pinot? This Pinot + Pilates event might be just what you need to show your body some love!
This full-body workout starts slow so you feel the stretch, steps up a notch so you feel the burn, then back to slow vibes to round out the session. Loz will guide you comfortably through the moves and inspire you through each bend and flex. With a focus on core strength, flexibility, balance and overall body awareness, you will be lengthening and strengthening your muscles during this full body workout. By integrating wine into the class, Loz will literally help you unlock the key to true life balance (and you'll be balancing your wine at the same time!).
Come half-hour early to enjoy a welcome drink and mingle with like-minded people as you relax and unwind after a busy week, ready for your 1-hour class. After the session, kick-back and relax with good vibes and a glass of wine (kombucha and non-alcoholic options available).
Please bring your own mat, a towel and water bottle. No experience necessary. Must be 18+ to attend. Space is limited!
