About this Event
These sessions incorporate the Pilates principles of relaxation, concentration, alignment, centering, breathing, co-ordination and flowing movements.
You will also build your strength and flexibility.
Safe for everyone and suitable for all fitness levels, from the complete beginner to the very experienced.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before class to fill in a health questionnaire if you are new. Classes will start at 12.30pm and finish at 1.15pm.
10 Class Passes are available for $170 and can be arranged through Forrest Chiropractic reception on 6282 9999.
