Join us for a calming and creative session where we explore the unconscious parts of ourselves—often called the Shadow.
These are the parts that may feel insecure, rejected, emotionally sensitive, or hidden from view.
Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, this session invites you to gently acknowledge and accept these parts, rather than pushing them away.
When the Shadow is unseen, it can quietly influencebell our emotions, self-esteem, and relationships. When it is acknowledged, it can become a source of balance, insight, and inner strength.
Using intuitive collage, you’ll be guided to choose images and words that resonate emotionally. This creative process allows unconscious feelings to surface safely and naturally—without the need to analyse or explain.
This experience is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about slowing down, listening inward, and offering compassion to the parts of you that are asking for love and attention.

Participants are invited to engage at their own pace and take breaks whenever needed. This session may not be suitable for those currently experiencing severe trauma or acute mental health distress.
