Two Before Ten

Learn the art of pickling both sweet and savoury as we explore different pickling methods.

<p>In this workshop you'll learn how pickling works its magic to preserve our food. We will talk about vinegars and how to match with the right product, all over a glass of wine or beer and a cheese platter featuring Urban Farm Goods. During the class you will make:</p><ul><li>Pickled red onions</li><li>Dill pickles</li><li>Quick pickles using seasonal produce from the garden</li></ul><p>Afterwards you'll have a range of goods to take home with you and all the recipes you'll need to make them again later.</p>
