Perth Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training 2026

A weekend of diving deeply into the nourishing practices of Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga, for yoga teachers and practitioners.

An in-person training for anyone seeking to facilitate rest practices, including yoga teachers, parents, educators, coaches, and natural therapists.

Facilitated by Dr Jean Byrne and Dr Chandrika Gibson, two of Australia's most experienced yoga professionals who are warm, welcoming, clear and compassionate guides.

This weekend will immerse you in the practice of Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga whilst also giving you the ability to deliver Restorative Yoga classes and Yoga Nidra meditations to enhance students' experiences in your classes. This training is also a pathway to becoming an accredited Yoga Therapist should you decide to undertake that journey. Each trainee will receive class plans, divine Yoga Nidra scripts, and restorative practice sequences.

Yoga Australia CPD and Yoga Alliance CE points apply (15 points).

The training will be held in person at the fully equipped Yoga Space studio, in West Perth.
