PERTH SEMINAR 2026 - SELF-DEFENCE ESSENTIALS
Personal safety is something none of us can take for granted.
Whether it’s walking home at night, dealing with unpredictable behaviour in public, or protecting our loved ones during a crisis, the ability to respond calmly and effectively under pressure can make all the difference.
This seminar gives you practical tools to navigate real-world threats. It teaches you how to recognise danger early, manage stress, and make quick, effective decisions. These are real tactics for real situations: the kind you hope never to face but will be grateful to know if you do.
