The fried chicken game in Perth is strong and we’ve picked out some of the best bird bosses out there to go head-to-head under the Canopy at Curtin Uni this September. WHO will be crowned the 2019 Aus Street Food Colonel. The top spot will claim the golden cock and the bragging rights for the year.
