Perth Diabetes Care Collective Meeting March

Perth Diabetes Care Collective Meeting March

Vic Park Community SpaceVictoria Park, WA
Wednesday, Mar 4 from 5:45 pm to 7 pm AWST
Overview

Join the Perth Diabetes Care Collective for monthly diabetes peer support, community planning, connection and lived‑experience advocacy.

The Perth Diabetes Care Collective (PDCC) is a peer‑led community group created to bring people living with all forms of diabetes together for support, connection, and community.

We welcome young adults, adults, parents, support crew, and anyone who wants to be part of a supportive diabetes community grounded in lived experience.

Our monthly meetings are relaxed and inclusive, and they are completely free to attend. These meetings are ideal for people who want to help plan events, shape peer‑support activities, or contribute ideas for building a stronger diabetes community across WA.
All committee meetings are hosted in-person and online via Microsoft Teams, making it easy for anyone across WA to join from wherever they are or while on the go.

If meetings aren’t really your vibe, that’s totally okay. PDCC also hosts free social catch‑ups, coffee meetups, walks, and community connection events that offer a more casual way to meet others who understand the day‑to‑day realities of living with diabetes. These social events are low‑pressure, friendly, and a great way to build connection at your own pace.

You’ll find all our social events listed here on Eventbrite, and you can follow us on socials @thepdccollective to stay updated with events, peer‑support opportunities, and lived‑experience content.

If you’d like to get in touch, ask questions, or need help finding the right PDCC space for you, you can contact us via Eventbrite, message us on social media, or email us directly at tayla@pdchealthhub.com.au

Wherever you’re at in your diabetes journey, you’re welcome at the Perth Diabetes Care Collective, whether you want to help shape the community or simply find one.
