Each week we work with an important resource, Energetic Hygiene, where I will share it with you and facilitate an energetic cleansing meditation. There are many other resources to share with you, also discussions, cds, videos and more to enjoy together.

It is important to look after your energy field and protect yourself, your surrounding energy, as you would prevent burglars from entering your house. I hope that you will join with me.

These resources are designed to help you to transform your fear into love, which is what is termed personal spiritual alchemy. Over time we willl grow to see and feel ourselves as being spirit, rather than merely a human body, or negative ego as it is referred to.

Regular personal spiritual alchemy classes will help raise your vibration from that of existing in fear to instead be expressing from a place of love. Raising your vibration means that you will learn to be vibrating in of and for love, establishing a connection with your soul and essence of spirit.

People on this path of transformation (that of transforming fear into love) take responsibility for their own growth and evolution. I share in class many topics and resources which are available through me, which help you to do so.
