Strategies for supporting performance improvement, including developing performance improvement plans (PIPs) with specific goals, will be explored. Participants will also learn to avoid common mistakes during PIPs and conduct performance processes reasonably, ensuring fairness and empathy. Overall, attendees will gain valuable skills to foster high performance, address under performance effectively and contribute to a positive work environment
