Join us for a rejuvenating session of Pelvic Pain Reformer Pilates at Reformed Pilates Co, located on Ardross Street in Applecross. This Reformer Pilates class is designed to provide relief and support for individuals experiencing pelvic pain.

Siobhan will guide you through a series of tailored exercises using the reformers. You will learn how to:

  • Correctly engage AND relax muscles properly
  • Connect with your pelvic floor to teach it how to better relax
  • Reduce excessive bracing patterns
  • Optimise movement patterns
  • Increase strength and endurance in your lower limb, pelvis, hips and upper limb
  • Improve your breathing dynamics
  • Integrate pelvic floor downtraining into stretches and movements

Is it ok if I've never done Pilates before?

This is no problem! The benefit of working in a small group with an experienced physiotherapist is that the class can be tailored to your experience.

Can I just trial one class?

Yes - you can try one class to see if this might be suitable. Classes will start monthly and as demand increases, more classes will be added.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a gym towel and water bottle.

Can I access a rebate through my private health insurance?

This is dependent on your level of cover. You may need to ask your insurance company or send them a copy of the invoice to access a rebate.
