Whether you're thinking about your health, fitness, or just curious, this event is for you. Learn why pelvic floor care matters beyond pregnancy and how it impacts your everyday life. Let’s debunk myths and get real about feeling strong and confident!


Siobhan from Leni Pelvic Health Physio will be talking to us about:

  • pelvic anatomy and changes to its function across our lifespan
  • impacts of exercise on pelvic floor health
  • signs to get support from a specialist pelvic Physio


While the talk is open to everyone, there will also be infomation specific for women and people AFAB including info on menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.


The proceeds from ticket sales for this talk will be donated to The Lucy Saw Centre Association - an organisation offering crisis accomodation and holistic support to women and children experiencing family and domestic violence.
