Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to participate in our In-Person Peer Support group for Vietnamese-speaking caregivers. These sessions will be delivered in Vietnamese.

Our In-Person Peer Support program is delivered over 8 sessions and is designed as an opportunity for you to learn something new and make connections with other carergivers in your local area. Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other people in your group, including yoga, meditation, artistic activities, and exercise, and presentations from guest speakers, including Advocacy Programs, My Aged Care and Service NSW.

Fortnightly sessions will be held from 10am - 12pm on Fridays starting from 16th Jaunary, 2026. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
