Peer Facilitation: Coffee, Care, and Conversation (Upper Mt Gravatt)

Join Peer Facilitator Charmaine at the Wellways Brisbane Carer Hub for a lively and uplifting carers' coffee catch-up.

This weekly 1-hour gathering offers Carers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caring. Enjoy a cuppa and meaningful conversation in a supportive, facilitated group setting where you can share experiences, feel heard, and take a moment for yourself.

Whether you're looking for support, connection, or simply a break, you're warmly invited to join us.
