At Peak Coffee, we go through a lot of effort; directly sourcing our green beans; the extra attention in assuring the coffee arrives in Australia in the best condition; small-batch roasting using the latest up to date roasting techniques.
We even submit our coffee for friendly competition with our rivals to assess and improve our product.
Despite all of this, much of this effort is lost before it reaches our cafes and customers. And the only way to fix this is to make sure our customers learn the right skills to produce the best coffee possible. Whether you need to improve the skills of a barista in your cafe or if you're a budding home enthusiast who wants to refine your skills and get that cafe job you always wanted, this is it!
Six hours over three weeks is all you need. The classes explore and teach the technical skills to make that perfect cup, mastering the espresso shot and milk stretching, and pouring and serving the entire coffee menu. The course will be held on the first three Tuesdays of every month from 6 pm to 8 pm, a total of $300.
