PCOS Rewritten: A Whole-Body Approach to Healing
Join us in person to explore fresh, whole-body ways to heal and manage PCOS for good!
PCOS Rewritten: A Whole-Body Approach to Healing
Join us in person for an insightful event all about PCOS! PCOS is not just a hormonal condition, it reflects how the body has adapted to stress, safety, metabolism and reproductive signalling.
In this workshop, we explore the 6 unspoken root causes of PCOS, blending clinical naturopathic insight with womb wisdom, pelvic health, and emotional body awareness.
This is an educational yet deeply supportive space to understand your body, reconnect with your cycle, and begin working with your physiology rather than against it.
About your facilitators
Britt Hancock
Britt is a Melbourne-based naturopath and nutritionist specialising in PCOS, hormonal imbalances and gut health. She takes a root-cause approach to women’s hormones, blending functional testing, herbal medicine and nervous system support to restore ovulation, improve insulin sensitivity and calm inflammation naturally. Britt is passionate about helping women truly understand their bodies, not just manage symptoms.
Dani Gonda
Dani is a somatic women’s health practitioner specialising in nervous system healing, pelvic embodiment and feminine restoration. Her trauma-informed approach supports women with PCOS, hormonal dysregulation and burnout to move out of chronic stress and into safety, softness and self-trust — reconnecting with their cycles and creating the internal conditions for deep healing.
