Absolutely, there is no previous skills needed for anything we will be doing. Just have an open mind and be willing to try everything!

Is it ok to come alone?

Yes absolutely, in fact it can be a lovely thing to do for yourself. Whether you come alone or with a friend, you will be warmly welcomed into a group of like-minded women.

Do I need to bring anything?

All you need to bring a journal/notebook/copybook and some water for throughout the session. A yoga mat, bolster and blanket will be provided.

For those of you new to Reiki, Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing technique that works with your body’s natural energy system to balance the energy centres, or chakras, allowing physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Parking is available on the surrounding streets, there are also a number of public transport options within a short distance. Please try to arrive as close to 11am as possible, to ensure we have the maximum time for the session.
