“Pause, Breathe, Meditate”: An Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation for Self-Care and Wellbeing

Are you a women who wishes you felt less stressed or anxious?

Join other women just like you at our next “Pause, Breathe, Meditate” workshop!

Block out 2 & 1/2 hours of “me-time” to get you on track before the end of year madness.

In this safe, nurturing women-only space, we will explore how mindfulness and meditation can help you improve your well-being in easy, simple ways. You will learn holistic ways to manage stress, anxiety, and worry.

A mix of learning, discussions, guided exercises, interactive group work, reflective journalling, and meditation will have you leaving the workshop feeling relaxed, empowered, and revitalised. There'll be calming essential oils, gentle music, and yummy herbal teas.

Finding balance and experiencing that all elusive feeling of peace and wellbeing IS possible. Practising meditation and incorporating more mindful moments throughout your day can make a huge difference in how you feel.

This COACHING SESSION, provided by the facilitator of this workshop, can be used to focus on developing your meditation practice, to create or refine your self-care routine, or explore how mindfulness can help you reduce your stress, anxiety or worry. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length via Skype only, are available anytime after October 23rd, and valid for 3 months.

Meet Your Facilitator:

Hi I’m Steph, a Counsellor and Mindfulness Coach. I’d love for you to join me and other women to share an evening of learning, fun, and relaxation. Mindfulness and meditation has been part of self-care and wellness routine for over 5 years now, and I know without a doubt that they play a huge role in keeping me calm, grounded, and feeling well. I want to share these tools with you at my next Pause, Breathe, Meditate Workshop.
